So you want to come to the Golden Coasts of Rica? Well it’s your lucky day because this goal has become more attainable than ever before! The avenues and modes of transportation available even within the last year are making that process far easier to facilitate, which means that ultimately it is much more convenient to see the places and properties you may want to think of buying or investing in. It’s one thing to just visit here once as a tourist, it’s quite another endeavor to travel here frequently. What are your options? Is it convenient?
Potrero Beach is a fantastic Costa Rican beach community. I have seen many changes in Portero Beach in 16 years, there has been an increase in market value and new people coming to the area in search of a lifestyle change.
One of the greatest things about this area is the sense of community. There are individuals, small business and non-profit organizations that work together to improve the local community.
Costa Rica's higher-end property market continues to grow rapidly as foreign homebuyers flock in. Due to the absence of official house price statistics, it is hard to assess the exact movements of house prices, but the trend is clear. Costa Rica's property market is highly dependent on the U.S. economy, which represents the highest number of foreign homebuyers in the territory. As the U.S. heads up, so do we.
The Gold Coast of Costa Rica has fantastic diving and snorkeling areas. The marine life in the area off the Pacific coast is amazing and many divers travel to the country to explore the tropical waters.
You will get healthier, either from surfing, running, fishing, standup paddle boarding, pilates, mountain biking, jiujitsu, mountain biking, from eating healthier or from just walking down the beaches, you will go to bed earlier, wake up with more energy and you will drink more natural smoothies instead of sugary soft drinks.
